The goose is the Bentley of the poultry world. 

Aside from its regal status, the goose has more flavour than other birds,

and cooking it is more forgiving since it doesn't dry out so fast. And the rendered fat makes the very best roast potatoes.

These birds weigh 3-4kg. We will charge you for a 4kg goose and reimburse the difference if the one you get is smaller.
