Beaux Jus Blanc '22: This year, pure white Frontenac, 8 days of carbonic maceration in whole bunches. Bold, tonic, vibrant and crunchy.

Beaux Jus Blues '22: Frontenac noir fermented with gewurztraminer skins. Structured and still full of complex aromas. A generous and subtly tannic wine with fruit and spices. The addition of Gewurztraminer skins brings the dimension that is missing from the Frontenac hybrid grape, that can on its own be too dark and narrow

La Renversante '22: maceration of LaCrescent grapes. Saline and bold. Important to resuspend the lees before tasting! Simply turn the bottle up and down.
