Ferme Le Crépuscule has been operating a 68-hectare agricultural enterprise since 1990, dedicated to animal production, maple syrup and small-scale market gardening. They employ sustainable farming techniques like fertilization with compost or green manure, the ecological design of livestock buildings, natural ventilation, the use of solar energy as well as a respectful approach in the care given to animals.
