Cows Creamery in Charlottetown, PEI, makes a series of premium butters with high fat-content (84%). The butter is made by churning the cream slower and longer in traditional churns for a creamier taste and silkier texture.

The unsalted butter is clean and rich tasting, while the cultured sea salt butter, made from cream that is cultured with active bacteria, has a distinctive, tangy, salty taste.
