The guinea hen resembles chicken in many ways, but the meat is leaner, somewhat darker and more flavourful. Broth made from the carcass is intensely rich. 

These birds weigh 1.8-2kg. We will charge you for 2kg and reimburse you the difference if the one you get is smaller.
