Boucherie Lawrence

Making charcuterie is an important piece of whole animal butchery. Over the last 10 years we have developed a roster of cold cuts, dried meats, terrines and saucissons that allow us to use all the parts of the pigs and cows we get, and to increase and diversify our offerings.
