Boucherie Lawrence

One of the advantages of employing mostly chefs-turned-butchers, and of having a restaurant alongside our butcher shop, is that we have the talent in-house to do so many different things, among them cooking sauces and one pot meals that we can sell, ready to reheat and eat! This is one of the many ways we cope with the particularities of whole animal butchery, and with the fact that sometimes we really don't feel like cooking at home after a long day at work.
