We will charge you for the biggest possible whole chicken (2.5kg), and then reimburse the difference between what you paid for and what you get once we finalize your cart. That means that if you get a 1.8kg chicken, which costs $36 you will be refunded $14. 

What to do with leftover chicken

The leftover carcass of a roast chicken is soup-stock gold. Put in it a pot, add a few chunks of carrot, onion, celery, a few cloves of garlic, some parsley, thyme if you've got it. Cover with water, not too much, bring to the boil and then simmer very gently for a couple of hours. Strain all the solids, and consume as clear broth, or use as a stock to make the richest tastiest chicken soup.
